This 112 Unit Town Home project located on Meadow Church Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia features two
story town homes with 2 car garages. Some units have basements. All units have frontage on a dedicated
road that will be maintained by the County. Some obstacles that had to be worked around included creek
buffers and approximately 1 acre of flood plain. The design included widening a portion of Meadow Church
Road to provide a deceleration lane and a left turn lane into the project. Site amenities consists of 1.54 acres
of common open space and a 0.94 acre passive recreational area. Storm-water management for this site was
provided in a single facility located adjacent to the flood plain.
