This site was split in two by a 8.5 acre easement with high voltage overhead power lines. Unfortunately
zoning conditions required that the only access to the site be located adjacent to the transmission line
easement in order to align with an existing road intersection across the street. This did not allow for the
most attractive entry feature. However; once you get interior to the development, you would hardly know
the power lines were there.
