Use: 108 lot Single-Family Detached Residential Subdivision
Area: 30.31 acres
Developer: Benchmark Investment Co., Inc.

This is a high density detached single family residential development that was previously a pecan orchard.
About an acre and half of the orchard still exists in a bottom area that was used for storm-water management.
This project also required the design and installation of a sanitary sewer pump station.
