By today's standard these are relatively large lots (80' wide by 132' deep). The 140 lot development includes
11.93 acres of open space and 3.76 acres of passive recreation area. The development of this site required
design and construction of a 3,200 l.f. outfall sewer to bring sanitary sewer to the site.
