Watermill Subdivision

Use: 107 lot Single family detached residential subdivision
Area: 39.88 acres

This is one of many subdivisions that Krieger Engineers has designed utilizing the county's "Conservation
Subdivision Overlay" (CSO) ordinance. The development is a mix of lot widths ranging from 50 foot to 60
foot wide. Almost 18 acres of gross conservation space was set aside. An amenity area includes a pool
and cabana and two lighted tennis courts. A landscaped earth berm constructed along the 2,582 foot
frontage adjacent to interstate highway 85 proved to be effective as a visual screen and sound buffer.
